Preheat waffle maker to desired setting.
In a large mixing bowl combine 1 3/4 cups of fed sourdough starter.
Add in 1/4 cup of flour and water combined.
Add in 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp pink salt, 2 tbsp agave, 4 tbsp melted coconut oil and or butter combined.
Mix all the ingredients well with a large wooden spoon or whisk.
Add in 1 tsp baking soda (mix in well)
Using scooper or batter pourer begin pouring batter on hot waffle maker.
Drop desired amount of blueberries into waffle batter.
Close the waffle maker and cook until done.
Repeat this process for each waffle.
